Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、在宅で生活する超重症児(在宅超重症児)の健常な兄弟姉妹（以下、きょうだい）のレジリエンスを促進する看護支援ガイドを開発することである。在宅超重症児のきょうだいは、様々な心理社会的困難を抱えていることが報告されている。一方で、きょうだいは超重症児との生活の中でのポジティブな体験もしていることが明らかとなっており、成長過程で様々な困難に直面しながらも前向きに乗り越えていることが報告されている。本研究は、今後さらに増加する在宅超重症児と共に暮らすきょうだいが、レジリエンスを高め、健康な心理社会的発達を遂げるための看護支援ガイドの開発を行う。
