Outline of Research at the Start

入院環境から自宅環境への移行期に親が使用し、移行の状況を測定できる尺度を開発すること、移行に関連する要因を探索することを目的とする。
第1段階では、移行期を経験した親・先天性心疾患児に関わる医療従事者を対象にはじめて自宅に先天性心疾患児を迎える親に必要な要素を質的に明らかにし、尺度項目の抽出を行う。第2～3段階では、先天性心疾患児に関わる研究者・医療従事者との専門家会議、親へのインタビューを行い、表面妥当性・内容妥当性を検討し、第4段階では移行期にある親へ無記名質問紙調査を行い信頼性・妥当性を検討する。第5段階では、移行期にある親へ無記名質問紙調査を行い、移行に関連する要因の探索を行う。
