Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、児童発達支援事業および在宅において、重度の障害のあるこどもが幼児期から主体的に参加する力を発揮できることを目標にした看護支援に関する看護実践ガイドラインの開発を目的とする。具体的には、①重度の障害のある幼児期のこどもが社会に参加する力を育む看護支援のプロセスの明確化、②①に基づく看護実践ガイドラインの作成、および③活用可能性を検証する。研究結果は、障害の有無や重症度にかかわらず重度の障害のある幼児期のこどもが主体性を発揮して社会に参加するという、こどもを中心とした看護の発展、重度の障害のあるこどもと社会をつなぐ重症児看護の専門性の明確化に貢献するものと考える。
