Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、発達特性がある児の親が、医学的診断を前提とせず、熟達したスキルの獲得と新しいアイデンティティを統合させ生活を安定させるまでの移行に必要な準備条件（以下：移行準備条件とするを評価するための発達特性を持つ児の親の移行準備尺度を移 行理論の概念枠組みに基づき開発することである。方法は、市町保健師等専門職へのインタビューを下に、尺度原案を作成し、全国の保健師等への自記式質問紙調査によって尺度項目の重み付けを行い、対象者の検証を踏まえて尺度開発を行う。尺度開発によって、個人・家族、地域、社会の移行条件を評価し、医学的診断を前提としない支援方法と地域支援体制を検討する一助とする。
