Outline of Research at the Start

認知症の人と家族が、認知症の診断直後から良質かつ適切なサービスを切れ目なく受けることができるよう，認知症外来において認知症診断後支援として必要な支援項目の全体像を明らかにする．そして外来看護師が実施可能かつ優先的に実践すべき支援項目を明らかにして外来看護師による認知症診断後支援のガイドラインを開発する．そのために以下の3段階の研究を実施する．
第1段階：認知症診断後支援ガイドラインの原案作成と専門家による内容妥当性と優先度の検討
第2段階：認知症外来の看護師による認知症診断後支援ガイドラインの適用可能性の検討
第3段階：認知症診断後支援ガイドラインの外来看護師の状況に応じた各項目の優先度の検討
