Outline of Research at the Start

＜2025年度＞
診療所における診療及び看護、または療養支援に関する実態を質的に調査する。
インタビュー法により医師10名、看護師10名程度に調査を行う。インタビュー内容は、療養支援はいつ・誰が・どのように行っているのか、対象患者の選定方法、実施上の課題や困難などとする。
＜2026年度＞
第1研究を基盤に、全国の診療所に対して無作為抽出法でアンケート調査を実施する。診療所の属性ごとの療養支援の実態を明らかにし、診療所に対する行政施策（診療報酬制度、教育制度、病診連携システム構築）を検討する。
