Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、農業の人手不足と福祉の働く場をマッチングした農福連携に取り組む農家の精神障がいに対する障がい観とその変化の過程について明らかにする。障がい理解は進みつつあるも人間の本質に至るまでの「障がい理解の視点」は浸透していない。障がい者と共に働くことでの「関わり」が、他者を理解するメカニズムに影響しているのではないかという問いに焦点を当て、インタビュー調査とアクションリサーチにより解明する。得られた知見から、精神障がいに対する理解や配慮がなされ、社会参画を可能とするコミュニティー・キャピタルの醸成を促す、精神障がいにも対応した地域包括ケアシステムの検討を行う。
