Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は３年計画で取り組む。１年目は実務経験10年以上の熟練保健師を対象としたインタビュー調査を実施し、対人支援におけるケイパビリティ指標項目案を検討する。２年目は1200施設を対象としたデルファイ調査を実施し、対人支援におけるケイパビリティ指標項目案の妥当性の検証を行い、ケイパビリティ項目を完成させる。３年目は新任期保健師を対象としたインタビュー調査を実施し、ケイパビリティ項目の有効性を検証する。以上の3段階を経て対人支援におけるケイパビリティ指標を開発する。
