Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、看護実践能力のレベルに合わせた訪問看護師の判断力を高める教育体系プログラムを開発することである。そこで、訪問看護の現場で起こる様々な事象に対応した判断力を高めるために、新人訪問看護師、中堅訪問看護師、訪問看護管理者それぞれの判断と実践を支える人材育成の課題を明らかにする。これに基づき看護実践能力に応じた判断力を高める臨床推論を基盤とした教育体系プログラムを開発し、訪問看護師の判断力を主軸とした教育体系プログラムの有用性を検討する。
