Outline of Research at the Start

がん終末期の在宅療養者のケアは、身体的、精神的苦痛と向き合い、病状の急変への予測が求められる。看護の経験から、がん終末期ケアの急変時の予測への対応を行うには限界がある。急変時の予測をより確かにするために、医師との連携を容易にし、在宅がん終末期ケアにおける療養者の希望をふまえた疼痛管理、症状緩和、心のケアの質を高めるための訪問看護師の予後予測の観察・アセスメンツール(以下ツール)を開発し、その有効性を検証する。
