Outline of Research at the Start

精神障がい者の地域移行が進む中、精神障がい者の地域生活支援体制の充実が求められているが、最も身近な支援者であるプライマリケア従事者等は精神障がい者への支援経験が十分ではなく、不安や困難感を抱えていることが少なくない。これに対し、精神科医療福祉の専門家は支援者に対する教育的支援を行っているものの、リソースやコストなどの課題により継続が難しい状況である。そのため本研究では、地域で精神障がい者の支援にあたる専門職の抱える不安と困難感の本質を明らかにし、それに対する効果的な支援内容と方法を検討することを目的とする。さらに、支援者のための教育システムの開発を行うとともに、その評価を行うものである。
