Outline of Research at the Start

「精神障害にも対応した地域包括ケアシステム」の構築が推進される中、地域で生活する精神障害者を支援する看護職の育成は急務である。本研究では、看護基礎教育課程の「精神看護学実習」を精神科訪問看護事業所・精神科外来・精神科デイケア等で実施することを前提に、実習施設となる可能性がある施設・部門の管理者・実習指導者を対象に、実習受け入れに伴い想定される問題や受け入れの準備状況等に関する調査を実施し、精神看護学実習の地域移行に向けた課題を明らかにすることを目的に実施する。
