Outline of Research at the Start

レビー小体病による軽度認知障害（MCI-LB）はレビー小体型認知症の前駆段階であり、アルツハイマー病によるMCI（MCI-AD）より進行が速く多彩な症状を呈するため、早期対応が求められるが、有効な治療法は確立していない。MCI-LBにもMCI-AD同様、複数のリスク因子が関与するため多因子介入の有効性が示唆されるが、根拠は乏しい。またMCI-LBの特有の症状を考慮した介入が必要だが、最適な非薬物的介入法は確立されていない。そこで本研究では、MCI-LBに対する多因子介入の効果の評価、介入因子と効果の対応関係の可視化を経て、至適プログラムの定式化を目指す。
