Outline of Research at the Start

新卒訪問看護師を育成する指導者への支援の現状を把握し、新卒訪問看護師の育成をサステナブルに進める為の、指導者への支援プログラムを開発することを目的とする。第一段階として47都道府県の新卒訪問看護師育成状況を把握し地域差の背景を検討した上で、全国の機能強化型訪問看護ステーションにアンケート調査を実施する。その後新卒訪問看護師育成に携わる指導者へのインタビューを実施し、その結果を基に新卒訪問看護師を育成する指導者の支援プログラムを作成する。
