Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、在宅高齢者のオーラルフレイル（加齢に伴う口腔機能の低下）を予防するため、支援者である看護職・介護職が日常的に活用可能な教育プログラムおよび早期看護介入方法を開発し、その有効性を検証するものである。
地域の高齢者支援現場における実践者の参画を得て、支援者自身が主体的に取り組める持続可能な体制を構築し、口腔機能の維持を通じて高齢者の健康寿命延伸と生活の質の向上を図る。
