本研究では、女性の骨盤底筋の機能低下の若年化の要因について、骨盤底筋の機能低下の実態や生活習慣や体力・姿勢との関連を明らかにし、若年女性の骨盤底筋の健康づくりに対する認識を高める取り組みについて検討する。
