| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は，がん終末期独居高齢者の意思を最期まで尊重する看護を実践するための「がん終末期にある独居高齢者への訪問看護実践モデル」に基づくリフレクションガイドを作成し，その有効性を検討する．リフレクションガイドを訪問看護師が活用することにより，個々の実践の振り返る際に役立つだけでなく，デスカンファレンスや事例検討においても，実践の価値を他者と共有することに役立つと期待できる．本研究により，訪問看護師の質の高い看護の実践ならびにがん終末期独居高齢者のQOLの向上に寄与すると考える．
