小規模事業所における子育てと仕事の両立支援の実態を明らかにし、小規模事業所向けの両立支援方策を、産業保健師の支援者としての経験を活かした視点から開発することである。これによりわが国の84.5％を占める小規模事業所に向けた子育てと仕事の両立支援方策を産業保健師の視点から開発し、社会に分かりやすく提示する。
