Outline of Research at the Start

少子高齢化による人手不足、厚生年金の支給開始年齢の引き上げや高年齢者雇用安定法の改正から高齢者雇用の必要性が高まっている。看護職においても定年退職後の看護師の確保が課題となっている。
定年退職後の再雇用や再就職においては、身体的変化やライフステージの変化などから若年者とは異なる支援が必要となる。
本研究では定年を迎え、再雇用または再就職をしている看護師が職務を継続していくための要因、組織的なサポートにおける示唆を得ることを目的に、定年退職を迎えた看護師、その看護師を雇用する施設管理者・看護管理者を対象に多面的に調査・分析を行うものである。
