Outline of Research at the Start

この研究の目的は、病気や後遺症により胃ろうから栄養を摂取している高齢者に対して、味のついた可食フィルムを使用し、少しでも味わい楽しみとしての食事支援を実施し、その効果を検証すことである。第1次研究では、国内外の先行研究を整理し、胃ろうで栄養摂取をしている高齢者へどのような看護がされているか明らかにする。更に、対象者へニーズ調査を行い、食事への思いをあきらかにする。第2次研究では、健常高齢者を対象に可食フィルムの安全性や生理学的評価により効果検証を行う。第3次研究では、経管栄養法をしている高齢者に、可食フィルムを用いた食事支援を行い、「その人らしさ」を取り戻す表情や意欲の向上への効果を検証する。
