Outline of Research at the Start	超高齢社会であるわが国では「認知症施策推進総合戦略（以下新オレンジプラン）」を策定し、さまざまな施策をとってきた。しかし、認知症介護家族の介護の困難さはこの10年間ほぼ変わらず、その要因の１つに認知症診断後の初期対応に課題があるとされている。一方、現在医療現場においても、遠隔医療などDX化が急速に普及している。認知症の初期対応においてもICTを活用することで、プライマリ・ケアにおいて実践可能、かつ効果的な対応が可能となる。本研究では認知症診断時のかかりつけ医による認知症療養指導の課題を明らかにし、プライマリ・ケアにおいてICTを活用した認知症初期対応プログラムを作成・実装し評価を行う。
