Outline of Research at the Start

高齢がん患者のケアおよび高齢者福祉に携わる教育・研究・実践者が研究チームを編成し、高齢者施設のケア提供者によるがん患者のACPの支援内容や実態を明らかにする。そのうえで高齢者施設において実装可能ながんの病の軌跡に基づく多職種協働型ACP支援モデルの開発を行い、がん患者のQOLに貢献することを目指す。
