| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、高齢者ケアの場に生じる倫理的問題に対し「診療看護師に求める倫理的行動の構造を質的に明らかにし、行動促進の方策を開発すること」を目的とする。超高齢化を背景に医師からのタスクシフト/シェアが進み、倫理的な看護のあり方の再考が必要である。医師からのタスクシフトを担う診療看護師に着目し、倫理的問題の経験から「求める倫理的行動の構造」を質的に分析し、診療看護師の倫理的ロールモデルを描く。さらに問題に係る対象者へのフォーカスグループミーティングを行い、倫理的行動促進の方策を開発する。日本版Nurse Practitioner創設議論に先駆け、看護師の倫理的ロールモデルと行動促進方策を導く。
