Outline of Research at the Start

Preconception care（以下、PCC）とは、将来の妊娠、出産、子育てを見据えて、性の成熟が始まる思春期から段階的に切れ目なく支援し、質の高いアウトカムを生み出す介入である。我が国では、様々な年代や地域の健康課題に対し保健活動を展開する保健師によるPCCの実践が注目されている。そこで本研究では、保健師の思春期世代からのPCCの実践能力に着目し、PCCを担う保健師の教育プログラムを開発することを目的に研究を実施する。まず、地域における思春期世代からを対象とした保健師のPCCの実践能力モデルの構造を明らかにし、それを踏まえて思春期世代からのPCCを担う保健師の教育プログラムを開発する。
