Outline of Research at the Start

保健師は全ての親子に対して多職種連携により子ども虐待予防を行っているが、専門職による支援だけでは『支援の隙間』に陥る親子が生じてしまうことに限界があることは否めず、『支援の隙間』がない支援体制の構築が喫緊の課題である。また、虐待予防においては地域の支え合いによる子育て基盤を強化していくことも重要である。地域住民を含む非専門職と保健師が連携・協働することにより『支援の隙間』を埋めることができると考えられるが、その連携モデルは明確になっていない。そこで本研究ではアクションリサーチにより、非専門職と保健師による連携・協働プロセスを研究者が共に取り組み、地域特性に応じた連携モデルの明確化を目指す。
