Outline of Research at the Start

在日外国人の高齢者の増加に伴い医療・介護分野における内なるグローバル化が進展し、在宅ケアをめぐる諸問題が顕在化している。多文化・多様化の流れは不可逆的な社会現象であり、多文化コミュニティを支え、グローバル化に対応可能な在宅ケア専門職の養成と拡充は急務の課題である。
本研究は、在宅ケアグローバル人材養成教育プログラム開発の最終段階として、①：申請者らが作成した当該プログラムを基盤とした職種別プログラムの開発、②：①の評価指標の開発、③：①②による介入研究と効果検証を目的とし、地域社会での適用可能性を提案する。ともに老後を支え合う多文化共生社会の実現に向けて、当該プログラムの実用化を目指す。
