Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は,コミュニティレジリエンス構築戦略のフレームワークを活用し，過去に災害支援経験を有する統括保健師，災害支援専門団体，復興支援地域代表者等を対象にインタビュー調査を実施しモデルの試案を作成する。試案の妥当性は２段階で検証する。まず，自治体，災害支援団体，復興支援地域組織に属する災害支援経験者に郵送調査を実施する。次に，国内外の有識者の意見を得て精錬する。これにより，被災地保健師が，多様な災害支援者との効果的な協働により，地域ケアシステムのレジリエンスを促すことに寄与する公衆衛生看護実践モデルの解明を図る。
