| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、後期高齢者の健康診断をはじめ、保健事業や介護予防事業等について令和2年から5年間蓄積、追跡した各データを統計学的アプローチに加えて、機械学習等を活用したディープラーニングやニューラルネットワークの手法を用いて解析し、要介護度の新規認定や悪化の要因、維持・改善にかかる予防因子の解明を行う。
令和7年に各データの収集、突合によるデータベースの構築を図り、令和8年に各種データを解析し、後期高齢者の要介護度の新規認定や悪化の要因解明を行う。令和9年には、要介護度の維持・改善にかかる予防因子として、短中長期的効果の認められる保健事業や介護予防事業の対象者選定、運営や支援内容・方法等を明示する。
