Outline of Research at the Start	退院サマリーは、退院後の施設ケアや在宅サービスへケアを引き継ぐために必要不可欠である。しかし、現状では看護師の経験に依存し、記録のばらつきや負担が課題となっている。本研究では、AI技術を用いて非構造化データから必要な情報を自動抽出し、サマリーの標準化と質の向上を実現する。これにより、退院後のケアを一貫して提供し、患者のQOLを維持・向上させる。看護師がAIと協働しながらスキルアップしていく、新たなパートナーシップの構築を目指す。AIを通じて看護記録を支援し、職場内訓練(OJT)を強化することで、看護師のスキル向上を図り、AIがスタッフと共に成長していく環境を作り出す。
