| Outline of Research at the Start |
生活習慣病は、国民の死亡者数の約5割、国民医療費の約3割を占めていることから、特定保健指導の実施率及び実施効果の向上は喫緊の課題といえる。特定保健指導による生活習慣病予防の効果は明らかになっているが、効果的なオンライン特定保健指導の方法については明らかでない。今後、特定保健指導のオンライン化を進めていく上では、オンライン面接で成果が得られている保健指導の好事例を集積・分析し、備えるべき実践内容の標準化を検討する必要がある。本研究では、オンラインでの利点の有効活用、デメリットに対する方策等、保健師による効果的なオンライン特定保健指導の実践内容を明らかにし、その実践指針を開発することを目的とする。
