Outline of Research at the Start

住み慣れた生活の場で暮らし続け安らかに人生の最期を迎えることは国民の願いであるが、在宅看取りは多職種チームに後悔や無力感、疲弊感、認識のズレを残す。また、在宅等の生活の場での看取りの知識や技術を学ぶ研修会はあるが、共に事例を支援した多職種で自己の実践を振り返り、互いを癒しつつ実践知を蓄積する多職種チーム・デスカンファレンス（以下多職種DC）は、開催されていない。質の高い地域看取りとは、多職種DCで共に振り返ることよって、自身だけでなく互いのケアの意味を見出し、次の事例のために実践知を可視化・蓄積する。実践知の蓄積は、対話を通しCompassionate Community醸成の実装につながる。
