Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、医ケア児と支援者が被 災を想定して、平時から被災時、そして日常に戻るまで、同一のシステム上で情報を共有で きる新しいオンラインシステムの開発である。具体的には、まず、(1) 医ケア児と保護者の 日常生活における情報共有及び、体調悪化や災害時の情報伝達の負担や課題について明らか にする。(2)次に、医ケア児に関わる支援者側からみた情報共有や災害発生前後における情報 伝達のあり方、課題や障壁を明らかにする。(3)これらの結果から、医ケア児らと支援者が、 平時から有事まで情報共有し対応できるシステムを試作する。実証実験で実際に使用しても らい効果や改善点を明らかにし、初期版を完成させる。
