Outline of Research at the Start

日本の自殺者数は先進国の中でも高く、自殺総合対策大綱の重点施策に、自殺対策におけるゲートキーパー（GK）の養成が明示されている。そのため、全国で様々な内容のGK養成プログラムが展開されてきたが、その内容や効果評価の方法にばらつきが多い上に、既存の尺度による知識や態度の確認がほとんどである。本来であれば、GK養成プログラム受講後、実際に自殺ハイリスク者と遭遇した時にどのような対応ができたかなど実践の評価が必要であるが、国内外ともにそういった報告は少ない。本研究では、GK養成プログラム受講後、GKが実際に自殺ハイリスク者に出会った時にどのような対応をしたか、実践的な視点で研修効果を評価する。
