Outline of Research at the Start

高齢者施設での高齢者の急変は、救急搬送が必要か、DNAR（Do Not Attempt Resuscitation）の意思を優先するか判断が難しい。そのため本研究では、施設入所高齢者の急変時対応判断が困難であることを課題と考え、課題解決に向けた高齢者施設での体制と対応について検証する。地域を単位としたクラスターランダム化比較試験の手法を用い、高齢者施設の体制整備に向けた施設職員への教育プログラムを作成する。本研究の成果により救急搬送の検討が必要な施設入所高齢者が適切に救急車で受診、またはDNARの意思を尊重した最期を迎えることができる。
