| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、アクションリサーチを用いて、サービス付き高齢者住宅の入居者、施設の特徴に合わせたコミュニケーションロボットの活用方法を職員とともに検討後、実施・評価する。その結果をもとにコミュニケーションロボット導入および継続した活用方法を明らかにすることを目的とする。本研究により、サービス付き高齢者住宅の入居者により質の高いケアを提供するとともに、施設に従事する職員の負担軽減に寄与する。
