Outline of Research at the Start

養介護施設における施設職員の高齢者虐待に対して、未然防止、再発防止を目的に、施設職員のチームアプローチによる虐待防止プログラムを開発する。対象とする職員や管理者によるプログラムの活用と改善を通して、プログラムの信頼性、有効性、運用性について検証することを目的とする。そのため、養介護職員自身が不適切なケアの認識や虐待の理解、介護上の問題点をモニタリングし、その結果を基に管理者やリーダー層が虐待リスクを把握し、利用者への関わりや職場環境の改善に対して職員を支援・相談する仕組みを検討する。
