Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、統合失調症を含む精神障害者の外出と病状に着目し、精神科訪問看護における外出支援を実現するための訪問看護外出支援ケアモデルの構築を目指す。
精神障害者は、疾患の病状や症状により、外出機会が乏しい状況にあり、出かけたいという思いもあるが、出かけられない生活状況となり、余計に症状が深刻化することがある。障害者自身が外出意欲を持ち、さらにその思いをスムーズに実行できるように支援することを目指し、訪問看護における外出に係る看護介入方法（情報共有・アセスメント・計画実施・修正）のモデル開発を目的とする。この支援ケアモデルは、利用者と目標をチームで共有する持続可能なモデルである。
