Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、高齢者施設における意思決定支援の質を高めることを目的に、アドバンス・ケア・プランニング（ACP）の実践を促進する多職種協働型の複雑介入を開発・評価するものである。英国Medical Research Councilが提唱するフレームワークに基づき、介入の構築、実現可能性の検討、効果の検証を段階的に進めることで、現場に定着可能な持続的支援モデルの確立を目指す。
