Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、訪問看護師によるポータブルエコーを用いた慢性心不全患者のPOCUS(point of care ultrasound)技術獲得の教育プログラムを開発し、教育プログラムにより技術習得した訪問看護師が、在宅実践の場面で慢性心不全患者へのケアに活用することでその有効性を検証することである。訪問看護師が慢性心不全患者のPOCUS技術を活用することで、医師との客観的な所見の共有により適切なタイミングでの対応やケアを実践できるという有効性が検証できれば、慢性心不全の「患者が看護師と居る場合のオンライン診療（D to P with N）」として、医療DXの推進につながると考えられる。
