Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、自治体のたばこ対策の推進および健康日本21（第三次）計画の目標達成に貢献するため、第1にロジックモデルを活用して自治体のたばこ対策推進状況を可視化できる包括的な評価指標を開発し、喫煙率の改善状況が異なる複数の都道府県で市町村の実態調査を行い、全国規模のモニタリング手法を確立する。第2にたばこ対策担当者にインタビュー調査を行い、実装研究のための統合フレームワーク（CFIR）を用いてたばこ対策推進の促進・阻害要因を特定する。その要因を実装マッピング（IM）の手法を用いて分析し、実装戦略を「自治体のたばこ対策促進のための実装戦略ガイド」としてまとめる。
