Outline of Research at the Start

今までの研究成果に基づき，心理・行動症状への対応や自己学習が可能なeラーニング教材やシミュレーション学修を特徴とした日本語版の認知症ケアに対する実践教育パッケージを開発した．本研究では，現在進行中であるベトナム語，タイ語版，繁体語および韓国語の多言語の認知症ケアの実践教育パッケージの完成を目指し，評価することで有効性を検証する．そして，自国はもとよりアジア圏での認知症ケアの人材育成に貢献することができ，認知症ケアの質の向上が期待できると考えた．
