Outline of Research at the Start

高齢者の社会参加を就労からボランティア活動へ円滑に移行するには、高齢者が社会参加への動機を維持し、社会参加により達成される目標を再設定し、目標に応じた活動を選びなおす必要がある。
本研究では、社会情動的選択性理論に基づき、①社会参加の情動目標と知識目標尺度の開発、②中高年の残された時間の知覚が①の目標を通して社会貢献行動に関連するか調査する。①②を通して、残された時間の知覚が情動目標と知識目標という2種類の社会参加の動機へと弁別的に働き、社会貢献行動につながることを示す。また、③において①の尺度の英語翻訳版を作成し、社会情動的選択性理論における社会貢献行動の実証研究の発展をめざす。
