Outline of Research at the Start

認知症高齢者の入院に伴い、病院と地域の間では必要な情報共有が行われているが、適切なケアが入院中に継続されず、HADの発生が問題となっている。これに対し、認知症高齢者の急性期病院への入退院の現状を評価し、HAD発生の関連因子を明らかにする。さらにHAD予防の為の入院中の認知症ケア継続に必要な情報について概念分析を行う。現状評価と概念分析の結果を基にAIによる機械学習技術を活用したツールを開発する。
