Outline of Research at the Start

少子高齢化が進む現代では、高齢者自らの老いを受け入れつつ上手に適応するためのしなやかさ（レジリエンス）を持ち、人生の最期まで健やか且つ心豊かに年を重ねること、いわゆる「レジリエント・エイジング（Resilient Aging）」が重要である。本研究では、超高齢者のレジリエント・エイジング実現に資する、オンラインでの世代間交流を通した新たな地域保健プログラムを開発し、地域コミュニティへの実装を目指す。
