Outline of Research at the Start

第1段階では、手術を受ける認知症をもつ高齢がん患者へのAlgoplus日本語版を用いた術後急性痛に対する評価方法の確立を目的とし、認知症をもつ悪性腫瘍摘出術を受ける高齢がん患者を対象とした横断研究を実施する。
第2段階では、薬物療法や放射線治療を受ける認知症をもつ高齢がん患者にAlgoplus日本語版を用いて、がんやがん治療に伴う急性痛全般における尺度の信頼性及び妥当性の検証を行う。
第3段階では、がん看護・老人看護専門看護師、がん関連や認知症看護認定看護師の知見を含めた急性痛マネジメントモデルの試案を作成し、前向き事例研究を実施する。事例検証から、本モデルの汎用性と有用性を評価する。
