Outline of Research at the Start

行政保健師は近年多発する災害時の対応をフロントラインで行うことが求められる職種である。しかし、分散配置や多忙な業務を背景に、災害時対応の実践経験と内省が伝承されにくい状況にあり、貴重な経験からの学びや技術を平時からの備えに十分に生かされているとは言い難い。
したがって、災害時の健康課題に対応した行政保健師の経験をケース教材として採用し、現実感をもって議論することで教訓を得て新たな実践へとつなぐことを補完するケースメソッド教育プログラムを開発し教育の場で活用することを目的とする。
