研究1：対象を健常成人20名・健常高齢者20名とし,無作為化クロスオーバー比較非盲検試験を採用し,ミラッジオ使用時vs.ガム咀嚼時による咬合力と唾液分泌量，口腔内湿潤度を比較する
研究2：対象を健常成人20名・健常高齢者20名,無作為化クロスオーバー比較非盲検試験を採用し
通常時vs.ミラッジオ使用時vs.ガム咀嚼時中の脳活動量（前頭葉・側頭葉）を比較する
研究3：対象は高齢者の摂食嚥下障害患者40名,単一群前後比較試験を採用し,ミラッジオを使用前後の認知機能検査および摂食嚥下機能検査を実施し効果を評価⇒嚥下患者に対するミラッジオの実用性を検証する
