Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、申請者のこれまでの研究に基づき急性期病院における認知症高齢者に対応するFI-ADプログラム（「家族参加」型入退院支援プログラム）素案を作成し，専門家パネルによる内容妥当性および実行可能性の検討をへて完成させる．プログラムはパイロットテストを経て急性期病院において実装し，受容性と適合性，有効性，持続可能性を検証する．
