Outline of Research at the Start

円背は腕の上向きと下向きの両方の動きで筋活動を増やし、エンドレンジだけでなく腕の動きの最中に肩甲骨筋に大きな負担をかけ、多裂筋活動の減少，僧帽筋活動の増加が認められる。しかし、高齢者の円背が肩甲骨や肩関節の可動域および筋活動量の明確なデータが不足している。そこで、静的な可動域評価に加えて、日常生活中の筋活動を解析することで、より現実的で応用可能なデータを提供する基礎的研究となる。そのためには、先ず円背のある高齢者の静的動作を測定し評価をする。円背高齢者に対し、肩甲骨および肩関節の可動域と筋活動量の機能評価を行い、円背進行度別の身体機能の特徴を分析し日常生活動作可能性の予測モデルを作成する。
