Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、まず、①精神障害者が利用する就労継続支援B型事業所のスタッフにインタビューを行い、スタッフの困難感・負担感の内容の概要を捉える。これを基に、②各都道府県の就労継続支援B型事業所のスタッフに質問紙調査を行い、③就労継続支援B型事業所の特徴とスタッフの困難感・負担感の程度との関連を明らかにする。これによりスタッフの支援モデルを構築するための一助とする。
